Benzylamide Diacetate		 A tripeptide that was developed for efficient smoothing and anti-wrinkle care, and to be particularly effective against expression lines by relaxing facial muscles. The active tripeptide acts in a manner similar to Waglerin-1, a neuromuscular blocking compound of the venom of the Temple viper.1
Palmitoyl Oligopeptide
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3		   Contains matrikines that are messengers of cutaneous restructuration and repair they activate the neosynthesis of extracelluar matrix macromolecules providing a visible anti-wrinkle efficacy.
Imperata Cylindrica (Root Extract)   Imperata cylindrical provides the skin with considerable hydration. Potassium and DMSP help cells maintain their osmotic equilibrium. The synergistic effect has been exploited to produce a high, immediate and long-lasting moisturizing effect.

In vitro tests:

The efficacy of the SYN®-AKE tripeptide (at a concentration of 0.5mM) has been demonstrated in vitro by measuring the frequency of contraction of the innervated muscle cells as a function of the incubation time.

In vitro tests

The measurement of the smoothing and anti-wrinkle effect of SYN®-AKE (4%) was compared to a placebo. A cream was applied to the forehead twice daily during 28 days.
